‘Creativity and Innovation Essentials’ was the theme of the first executive education short course to be launched by MBS in the Middle East – a three-day course on maximising creativity and innovation for individuals, teams and organisations. The programme focused on introducing and inspiring creativity in a business setting, from large multi-national corporations and governments to lean, innovative start-ups, highlighting the business need to improve, adapt quickly to changing situations and to exploit new opportunities.
The course is based on extensive consultancy and research into creativity and innovation across the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and delivers an experiential, immersive and challenging experience. Over three days, the delegates worked with practical tools and strategies to use as an individual, team and to help build a culture where creativity thrives, whilst working on a live innovation project to identify opportunities, generate ideas and making it happen.
