MBS Middle East Centre was the main sponsor and keynote speaker at the recent Expatwoman HR Breakfast hosted in Dubai, where the theme was 21st Century Learning. A group of 40 people attended the session including Randa Bessiso, MBS Middle East Centre director who spoke about business education on behalf of MBS.
Speaking at the event, Randa said: “We face unprecedented change today as the global economy and wider society undergo major transformation driven in part by technology. The workplace is also changing fast and our challenge as educators is to work with business to anticipate the future and help prepare people for work and sustain their skills through a career by creating flexible access to high quality learning opportunities, enabled by digital technology. In the 21st century, we need to value learning more deeply than ever and nurture ‘learnability’ as a vital quality for individuals and organisations to ensure their sustainability in a fast changing world.”
