A Singaporean Culinary Journey for our overseas University’s Staff

Mr Karl Florczak (Programme Development Technologist at Alliance Manchester Business School, United Kingdom), Ms Claire Hunt (Programme Administrator, Scheduling & Events Team, United Kingdom), Ms Venus Cheung (Head of Marketing & Recruitment for East Asia, Hong Kong) as well as Dr Jiyao Xun (MBA Associate Director, China) were here in Singapore for work matters on 20 July, and our Centre’s staff thought it best to take them out to try our local cuisine at one of Singapore’s iconic food spots, Satay by the Bay!

 

The staff thoroughly enjoyed themselves with a spread of our local culinary delights, which included “satay”, “otah”, pandan chicken and chicken rice! Suffice to say, all left with their stomachs full that day!
